Now it's time for metal soloing. After a monster solo lesson by Wallimann i decided to create another metal solo lesson so you guys can have a wider insight into metal soloing!

As the previous one, here we´ll work on some aspects that help you to improve your metal skills. We´ll focus on rhythm mostly.

A few classic licks you can use in your compositions, or when practicing. We mix a lot of techniques like we could use into a full song.

In this lesson you will not only find a solo filled with techniques to learn - but you will find a complete instrumental guitar song. The way we constructed this song allows you to practice it as if it where a lesson series - starting from beginner level and ending with advanced techniques.

This solo is an example of how to combine different techniques into one cool sounding solo. Bending, tapping, legato, slow sweeping and using two fingers of your right hand to tap. Looks wild, but don't worry - you can do it - jump on it!

This lesson includes some Pentatonic minor and Chromatic note licks in the style of John Petrucci, Zakk Wylde and Steve Morse.
